Our PMP runs quarterly; under a 2-year contract. PMP is performed during normal business hours. We can assure you that we will not interfere with your normal work schedule. All of our materials are warranted by the manufacturer, and we stand behind our workmanship.

Inspections Motors and Gearboxes Maintenance
Detailed inspection for every unit to prevent brake Motors and gearboxes are checked for any signs of oil leakage
downs or abnormal wear
Walk-Thru Debris Cleaning
Walk-thru of your conveyor system; checking motors, Under guards, debris frames, beds and drive units are
gearboxes, chain sprockets, belts, belt lacing, pulleys, cleaned of all debris
bed frames, supports, rollers and electrical systems for
any unusual noises or debris
Machine Maintenance On-Call Support
Thoroughly wipe down all machines to check for oil We provide on-call support for small systems that are not highly
leaks and squeaks used, however, services are warranted
Belt Maintenance Chains and Sprockets Maintenance
All belts are checked for tracking, tension and excess Systems such as chains and sprockets are checked for lubrication wear and are lubricated if needed
